How to Care ECOPRINT Product

Ecoprint products are handmade using natural dyes from leaves, flowers, or plant stems, so they require special care to maintain their beautiful and long-lasting patterns and colors.

1. Avoid Machine Washing

Hand wash to preserve the fabric fibers and ecoprint patterns.
Tip: Use normal temperature water (not hot) to prevent color fading.

2. Don’t Use Bleach or Strong Detergents

Avoid chlorine bleach, harsh detergents, or brighteners.
Instead, use a mild shampoo.
Purpose: Maintain the softness of the fabric and preserve the natural color.

3. Don’t Wring Too Hard

Avoid twisting or wringing the fabric vigorously.
Simply press gently to release the water.

4. Dry in the Shade

Hang garments inside out and dry in a place away from direct sunlight.
Reason: Direct sun exposure can cause natural colors to fade quickly.

5. Use White Vinegar to Preserve Colors

Add a capful of white vinegar to the wash water and let it soak for a few minutes before rinsing.
Benefits: Helps lock in the color and reduces the risk of fading.

6. If Colors Fade

This is normal for ecoprint fabrics, as they are made from natural dyes.
If stains occur due to fading, dissolve 1 scoop of mild detergent (such as Vanish) in a bucket of water, soak the garment for 1–2 hours, then rinse thoroughly.

7. Iron on Low Heat

Use a low to medium heat setting, and layer the fabric with another cloth when ironing to protect the pattern.

With the gentle care described above, your ecoprint garments will remain beautiful and long-lasting—reflecting natural, eco-friendly beauty.
